Zoho Drives SaaS Adoption in China with Baihui Partnership
Partner Takes Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Show & Zoho CRM to the Chinese Audience

Zoho announced it has partnered with Baihui to re-brand and
distribute Zoho’s online collaborative productivity and business applications
to users in China.

software-as-a-service (SaaS) revolution is in full swing, and we believe that
Chinese users and companies can leapfrog by moving online faster," said
Sridhar Vembu, Zoho CEO. "We combine Baihui's breadth of experience in the
market with Zoho's innovative technology to offer the best online applications
in the market. Both Baihui and Zoho/AdventNet are making substantial
investments to make this relationship succeed. This partnership will bring
tremendous cost and productivity benefits to Chinese users and companies"
Baihui’s parent company, PC Stars, is one of the largest
software online distributors in China
with more than 2,400 software resellers across China and more than 1,000 system
Integrators.
“It’s a great cooperation for Baihui to launch Zoho applications
in China,” added Mr. Liu Jianhua, CEO of PC Stars (Baihui’s parent company),
“As the leading SaaS provider and vertical search engine in China, Baihui is
going to bring more and more wonderful and useful SaaS services to Chinese
users. Zoho is the best choice for Baihui to push its SaaS business forward,
even though we value it as a global market by now.”

Under the partnership agreement struck with Zoho’s Chinese
office, Baihui will re-brand and distribute the following Zoho applications in
the Chinese language:
- Zoho Writer re-branded as Baihui Xiexie
- Zoho Sheet re-branded as Baihui Gege
- Zoho Show re-branded as Baihui Xiuxiu
- Zoho CRM re-branded as Baihui CRM
These applications are hosted by Baihui in China and will
be distributed under Baihui brand.
Baihui plans to offer the re-branded Zoho productivity applications free of
charge for individual users in the Chinese market. Business applications like
Zoho CRM, Baihui CRM will be free for the first three users, and the price from
the fourth user will be 99 RMB per user per month. Baihui plans to extend these
offerings with other Zoho business applications going forward.
